As we specialize in made-to-measure clothing, we generally do not accept refunds or returns. Each product is custom-made to your specified measurements, and thus, the following conditions apply:

1. Non-Returnable Items: All made-to-measure products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the conditions outlined in 2.

2. Mismatched Measurements: If the delivered product does not match the measurements provided (with a tolerance of ±1 inch), you are eligible for a full return. The waist measurement will always be +1 inch to account for margins.

If you believe your product qualifies for a return due to mismatched measurements, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos showing the measurement discrepancy.

3. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. It should not have been worn or altered in any way.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the measurement discrepancy, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
